The Vary Board is a patent pending modular system designed to be used to safely perform strength, mobility & balance exercises.

Each modular section is comprised of 2 pieces: a backer & convex platform. Each modular section has 47 hexagonal anchor points to accurately target specific body parts, and ergonomic handles that allow for a comfortable, natural grip.

My Experience

The Vary Board is worth every penny you pay for it.
Once you decide where you want install, it is there 24/7.
You can do different exercises on this device, work out as often as you want, never fight traffic, deal with whether or look for a parking spot!
It is extremely convenient because it is in your home.
I recommend it highly. It helped me to increase my balance, muscle tone and range of motion from TKR.
I feel blessed!!

Amazing product

The Varyboard is an amazing piece of technology for use in many different workouts or stretches, whether you are at home or have a gym somewhere. This would be a great addition to any workout equipment you already have.

Outstanding device for Physical Therapy

I had ankle surgery on January 26th 2024, with an expected recovery time of six months. With the Varyboard incorporated into my physical therapy I’m back to running in just over two months post surgery. My last ankle surgery in 2015 took the whole 6 months to get back to running. With the Varyboard I can tell the difference between both post ankle surgery recoveries and it has made this recovery better and stronger.

Adaptable and universal

The Vary Board has greatly assisted in my ankle mobility when other exercises fell short. Vary Board is a one stop shop for strength building exercise and increased flexibility. Great Device! Great exercise assist!

The Varyboard is a tremendous asset for helping me with my strength goals. With my balance issues, it gives me a safer way to do my squats and step ups. When you combine that with the strengthening straps, the possibilities are endless! I have one installed in my home!!
